7/30/2025-Jacob Adams went 3-for-4 with two doubles and four RBIs as Pecos defeated host Alpine, 8-2, at Kokernot Field to open their best-of-3 Mountain Division semifinal playoff series Wednesday. Adams' two-bagger with the bases full put the Bills ahead 3-0 in the first inning and his second double produced two counters to cap the night's scoring in the sixth. Nick Capozzi added three hits for Pecos while Adam Metivier threw 4.1 innings in relief for the win. James Prockish had two singles and an RBI for the Cowboys while Marco Martinez doubled in a run.
