The Alpine Cowboys (9-3) and the White Sands Pupfish (8-4) both had scoring chances on Sunday, but it was the Alpine Cowboys that were able to capitalize on them as they pulled out a 6-5 win at Kokernot Field.

Dalton Gervais racked up four RBIs on one hit for the Alpine Cowboys. He doubled in the second inning.

Ben Lott racked up two RBIs on two hits for the White Sands Pupfish. He singled in the first inning and doubled in the second inning.

Steven Johnson recorded his fourth win of the year for the Alpine Cowboys. Johnson struck out three, walked none and gave up four hits.

Cameron Powers couldnt get it done on the hill for the White Sands Pupfish, taking a loss. He allowed six runs in 6 2/3 innings, walked five and struck out one.
