Michael Rampone went 2-3, helping the Tucson Saguaros (41-13) to a 4-2 victory over the Alpine Cowboys (26-27) on Saturday at Kino Veterans. He singled in the fifth and seventh innings.

Cameron Cox picked up the win for the Tucson Saguaros. Cox allowed one earned run, four hits and one walk while striking out two over seven innings of work.

The Alpine Cowboys were led by Seth McLemores hitting. McLemore went 2-3, drove in one and scored one run. He singled in the seventh inning and doubled in the ninth inning.

Pat Lemmo (2-4) took the loss for the Alpine Cowboys. He lasted just seven innings, walked one, struck out four, and allowed four runs.
